A Portfolio Shaped by Craft, Character, and Client Vision
As a turn-key interior architecture and design company, we shape exceptional properties into homes that mirror the lives lived within them. Our award-winning portfolio speaks to a standard few can match.
I view each project as a new creative outlet, exploring colour, texture, lighting, & spatial planning to transform houses into sanctuaries uniquely suited to each client’s lifestyle.
Every home tells a different story, and none are approached the same way. Spatial decisions, architectural detail and finishing touches are considered as part of a single vision. Built around a distinct way of living.

Sager & Associates works exclusively within Cape Town, focused on the Atlantic Seaboard: Sea Point, Mouille Point, Green Point, Granger Bay, Foreshore, Waterkant, Bantry Bay, Clifton, Bakoven, Camps Bay, Llandudno, and Hout Bay, along with the surrounding suburbs such as Higgovale, Tamboerskloof and Oranjezicht. These suburbs carry some of the highest property values in Cape Town, and the company's turnkey model was built around the site conditions that come with them: steep access routes in Clifton and Llandudno, apartment logistics in Sea Point, Mouille Point, and Green Point, and larger beachfront footprints in Camps Bay and Bakoven. The process itself doesn't change from suburb to suburb, only the site logistics do.
Bespoke furniture and custom joinery form part of every turnkey project this studio runs, not an add-on. Kitchen cabinetry, wardrobe walls, built-in shelving, and freestanding pieces get designed alongside the architectural layout, so furniture and joinery match the space rather than getting sourced off the shelf afterward. A kitchen island, a bedroom's fitted wardrobe run, and a living room's media wall are typical examples: each gets drawn, rendered, and approved before manufacturing starts, using the same process as the rest of the build. Kitchen design and bathroom design follow this same route, with layout, finishes, and fittings specified early enough to sit inside the fixed fee rather than arriving as a separate quote. Clients who want fully custom pieces throughout a home, not just in showpiece rooms, get that as standard, not as an upgrade.
Budget control on a turnkey project means costs get tracked and confirmed before money moves, not reconciled after the fact. A dedicated costing department monitors spend across design, sourcing, manufacturing, and installation for the length of every project, checking actual costs against the agreed figure at each stage. If a material choice or site condition threatens to push a line item over budget, the costing team flags the issue and adjusts sourcing before committing funds, rather than absorbing the overage silently or passing it to the client later. This oversight sits separate from the design team, giving an independent check on every cost decision. The result: clients working within a flat rate structure see that number hold from sign-off through move-in, with the costing department accountable for keeping it there.
